learning to use correct punctuation.
I found this activity easy because I used allot of capitol letters and full stops.
I am proud of how many capitol letters in my story.
My next step with using the correct punctuation is to use speech marks.

My Adjective Poem.
I have been learning to write a poem with lots of adjectives in it. I found it kind of easy to write this poem because I didn't have to look at my book all the time I could just think of the words and they copied each other. My next step with writing an adjective poem is to focus on using much more punctuation.
Learning to read clearly to an audience.

Learning to write a bio poem.
IALT write a bio poem describing myself.
We have been reading bio poems and we wanted to write our own poem describing ourselves. I enjoyed changing all the fonts and colours with my poem. I found it easy to write my poem because some of the poem was there for me already. I am proud of the pictures that I drew.

Learning to make connections.
My group has been learning to make connections.
This is an illustration about the book 'After the high tide' by Dawn McMillan. This picture reminds me of me and Dad going fishing and I nearly caught a fish. This reminds me of another book called 'I caught a big fish'.
I found this tricky because at first I didn't know my connections. I am proud of making my connections with another book. My next step is to do more connections with other books.
