Phases Of The Moon Matariki

My Reflection

For this activity we had to read the sentence and put the moon name and photo where we think it goes. I found it easy and hard because the easy part was putting in the names that I knew and the hard part was putting the words I did not know where they went.  I learnt that there are eight phases to the moon. I forgot what the moon has to do to with Matariki.

Next time I could take pictures of the different phases of the moon and remember what I learnt.

Birthdays now and then

I had to compare birthday activities and food from old and new and if they were the same you would put them in the middle of the Venn diagram.

Camp Merc certificate.

My Reflection

My favorite part about camp Merc was sailing because it was very refreshing and awesome.

House Captain's Speech

Today I stood in front of the year 5 and 6's and read out a speech to try be a House Captain. I used Resilience to stand in front of the year 5 and 6's to tell my speech.  I did not think of doing a Speech but at the last minute I did.

We had swimming this year it was so warm and so cool.

We had groups called dolphins and sharks.

This year I found tricky was gliding.

My next step is to learn to glide better and breath under water.

Term 1 Week 4

Last week we played a game of capture the flag with youth town.  We got the ball most of the time I defend the flag and they still got it I was so angry.  Then we went in for a breather and then we had another game and we won by heaps.
